Summertime has arrived

How do you know that it is summer in Northern California? Well, let me count the ways. The trees and flowers are in full glory. The grasses on the hills have done their thing and are starting to go brown. The days start early with birds chirping and the evenings go long with lovely golden light. Oh yeah, you get to play naked in the backyard and pee on the nearest tree when necessary. Sometimes you pee for recreation, not because you have to, but because it's just so much fun.
